Icarus Smith
Opening the gig were Icarus Smith, who played a lively set to get the evening underway. Band drummer James said, "It was a really good feeling on stage, we performed well and could have played longer" he went on to say "Our opening line said everything 'Icarus Smith are Smiling on the Inside' as we are happy to have taken part in BYT."

Next up was Draco, a family affair as the band includes 2 brothers and a cousin, who participated in Guiseley's Picnic in the Park. Full of power, superb chords and rifts the band really got the crowd going. Michael from the band said "We really enjoyed it, the venue sounds so cool. We felt the crowd really enjoyed themselves."   byt at the Crypt

Beautiful Feet
Performing with acoustic guitars were Beautiful Feet. During their set they did their own version of California Dreaming and a string of melodic songs. Lead singer Nick said "Bright Young things has been a great opportunity for us, the whole operation has been really well set up. Hopefully now we can use this to really go for it."

The drummer for the next band on stage Lazer Kid was really upbeat about the venue and the vibe created by the BYT crew. Andy said "We were a bit nervous before going on stage, but everyone puts you at ease, the guys have been superb."   byt at the Crypt

Design
The final act for the night was Design, Richard the main vocalist said "BYT has been great for us, it has forced us to get off our backside and use the ability we have. All the bands have been great and have supported each other, all we can say is cheers." he added "BYT has also allowed us some real quality time to record, the studios really helped us and have given us some sound advice."
